Payment Methods

We accept payments via Paysera, bank transfer, and cash at our locations. All online payments are processed securely through Paysera payment gateway.

Pricing

All prices are displayed in euros (EUR) and include VAT. Prices may vary between locations and are subject to change with prior notice on our website.

Refund Policy

Refunds for prepaid sessions are available if cancelled at least 24 hours in advance. Gift cards and promotional credits are non-refundable. For disputes, contact us at info@ggarena.com.

Gift Cards

Gift cards are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. They can be used at any GGArena location for any available service.
